US Domestic:
Domestic shipping priority mail is Free. Your order will be shipped at a fairly timely manner with competitive rate. All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days after payment is received/confirmed.
We will provide tracking number for all packages after the order has been processed!!! We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages*
Sales Tax
9.75% CA Sales Tax for California buyers.
International Shipping
We ship to most foreign countries. Buyer will have choice of standard shipping and expedite shipping. Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. Your package may be subject country specific tariffs and duties added by your respective government.
Foreign orders are shipped via USPS.
Airmail Parcel Post 4~10 Working Days (INSURANCE OPTIONAL)

There are NO tracking number and NO insurance for international orders unless you choose to upgrade to Global Express Airmail. We are not responsible for lost packages without insurance.
Express Mail for International orders 3-5 days for delivery (INSURANCE INCLUDED) We charge $36 for first item, $10 additional item.
Return for Refund or Exchange
If you are not satisfied with our product(s), you can return for Exchange or Refund simply by sending back what you purchased to us with the original document or receipt(s) and a clear indication about what you want within 21 days (both stamp dates). We shall proceed the replacement or refund upon having received your returned good(s) subject to the following conditions:
1. No sign that the shoes have been worn.
2. No damage or scratch on the surface or bottom of the shoes. If you would like to try them on I would recommend trying the shoes on carpet.
3. Customers shall be responsible for ALL shipping charges for purchasing or returning and reshipping subject to the price listed.
4. 15% charge for restocking based on your purchased price.
5. All the above costs will automatically be deducted from customer's credit card without prior notice, or we deduct the costs from the total amount of the refunded check we send to you. Customer's order for replacement will be regarded as agreeable for the said costs deduction.
6. It takes about 10~30 days for us to proceed the new replacement or refund upon having received customer’s returned merchandise(s).
7. We shall not be held liable for the lost or the re-shipping cost due to the uncorrected address given by customer.
8. We shall not be held liable for any damage or lost caused during your returning transit. You are recommended to use UPS or Insured Post for return shipment.
9. We shall keep our right to choose directly credit back to our customer or to send a check for customer's refund.
10. We shall keep our rights to alter our price and terms any time at our sole discretion without serving you a prior notice.
11. You will need to email us at info@topdanceshoes.com. Also include the return exchange form with as an attachment with your package.

How to execute an Exchange?
For better tracking purpose, we will place a new order for you, you only need to pay for the shipping and the restocking fee as described above. If it is proved that it is due to our mistake, all costs will be our responsibility.
Refund
How to execute a Refund?
We will credit back to your credit account after having deducted the shipping charge and restocking fee. If it is proved that it is due to our mistake, a full refund will be made to you.

By placing your order and paying for it with a major credit card, we are usually able to ship within 24~48 hours.
